360 Insights is a tool that allows directors to plan their seasonal product line and analyze how sales actualizes during the season.
360 Insights offers directors different ways to visualize data and monitor product planning across teams. This enhances data accuracy through streamlined reporting, and provide actionable insights to product performance for future planning.
I owned and led design strategy for this experience in the platform — playing a critical role in scoping and prototyping a transformative feature set.
